30 ZoomSphere MCP Prompts: What to Ask an AI Agent in Your Social Media Calendar

Copy-paste prompts for Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client connected to the ZoomSphere MCP (server address: https://mcp.zoomsphere.com/mcp). From one-line operations to scheduled agents that work while you sleep. Every prompt is safe by design: drafts by default, humans approve. New to MCP? Start with our ranking of the best MCP connectors for social media management.

Four rules that make every prompt work better

Everyday operations, one line at a time

The fastest wins: things you would normally click through three screens for.

The week at a glance

What is scheduled across all my workspaces for the next 7 days? Group by client, one line per post (day, network, hook). Flag any client with an empty day.

Bulk reschedule with a diff

Move every post scheduled for this Friday in the [client] workspace to Monday, same times. Before saving, show me a before/after table and wait for my OK.

The "show me the diff first" pattern turns any bulk edit into a two-step approval. Use it for every destructive change.

Cross-post the winner

Find my best-performing Instagram post from the last 30 days by engagement. Rewrite it for LinkedIn in a more professional voice, respect the LinkedIn rules the server returns, and file it as a Private draft for Thursday 9:00.

Link swap across the calendar

Search all scheduled posts in this workspace for links containing "/old-campaign". Replace them with the new landing page URL, list every post you touched, and leave each in its current status.

The kill switch

Crisis mode: unschedule everything planned for the next 48 hours in the [client] workspace and move it to Private draft. List what you paused and at what time it was due. Do not delete anything.

When a client has a PR fire, this is one sentence instead of fifteen minutes of clicking. The posts survive, only the timing dies.

Status control across workspaces

The agency superpower: one question instead of opening every workspace.

Who is blocking approvals

Which posts have been sitting in "Waiting for approval" for more than 48 hours, across all workspaces? Group by workspace, show how long each has waited and its scheduled date. Rank by urgency.

Runway check

For each workspace: how many Approved posts are scheduled for the next 7 days? Anything under 3 gets a red flag. One line per client, reds first.

This is the "which client is about to go silent" question every agency lead asks on Monday. Now it costs one prompt.

Planned vs. published autopsy

Compare last week plan vs. reality per workspace: what was scheduled, what actually published, and where did the rest get stuck (still in approval, failed, moved)? Table, then a two-sentence summary.

End-of-day digest

What changed today? Every post that changed status across all my workspaces, grouped by client, oldest first. End with one line: total drafted / approved / published today.

Reports as PowerPoint decks

The monthly report writes itself; the numbers come from the sync, not from the model's arithmetic.

Client monthly deck

Read September analytics for the [client] workspace. Build a PowerPoint: title slide, one slide per network (reach, engagement, trend vs. August), one slide with the 3 best posts and why they worked, one recommendations slide. Use only numbers from the analytics tools, never recalculate totals yourself. Client-friendly tone, no jargon.

Quarterly business review

QBR deck for [client], Q3 vs Q2: channel-by-channel comparison, best formats, one "what we tested" slide, one "what we will do in Q4" slide. Five slides maximum. Pull the Q4 plan from posts already scheduled in October.

The Q4 slide is the trick: the agent reads the actual scheduled calendar, so the next-quarter promises are real, not invented.

Internal one-slider

One slide, all workspaces side by side: engagement rate ranked, biggest riser and biggest faller highlighted, approval backlog per client in the corner. This is for our team meeting, be blunt.

Data dashboards on demand

Ask for an artifact and you get a living page, not a screenshot.

The monthly control room

Build an interactive dashboard from this month's analytics for the [client] workspace: KPI cards per network, a 30-day engagement trend chart, a sortable top-posts table with previews. One self-contained page I can share with the team.

Agency traffic lights

Dashboard comparing all client workspaces: one row per client with three traffic lights (content runway next 7 days, approval backlog, engagement trend vs. last month). Green/amber/red with the number behind each light.

This is the view social media tools do not have: your whole agency's health on one page, defined by your thresholds.

Content mix X-ray

Analyse the last 90 days of published posts in this workspace: share of post types per network, engagement per format, posting time distribution. Build a dashboard that shows which formats we overuse and which punch above their weight.

Content creation that sounds like you

The agent learns the voice from the calendar itself before it writes a word.

Voice-matched week of content

First read the last 10 published posts in this workspace to learn our tone, emoji habits and CTA style. Then draft next week's content from these three bullets: [bullet 1] [bullet 2] [bullet 3]. Three posts per platform, each respecting that platform's rules from the server, filed as Private drafts spread across the week.

The "read before you write" opener is the single biggest quality jump. The calendar is the style guide.

Blog to everywhere

Read this article: [URL]. Create a LinkedIn post, an X thread (max 5 tweets) and Instagram carousel copy (7 slides), each within the character rules the server returns. File all three as drafts for Mon/Wed/Fri, status "To approve".

Content pillar gap fix

Our four content pillars: [education], [behind the scenes], [product], [community]. Cluster last month's published posts by pillar, tell me which pillar got neglected, and draft two posts to fix the gap. Drafts only.

Ideas sweep

Go through every unprocessed Idea in this calendar. Turn each into a full draft: post text in our voice, a one-line visual brief, suggested slot next week. File them in "To approve" and mark each Idea as processed.

The anti-slop pass

Read all drafts currently in "Private draft". Rewrite any sentence that sounds like generic AI copy: no "in today's fast-paced world", no "game-changer", no rhetorical questions as openers. Keep the message, kill the slop, save in place.

An editor that hunts cliches across the whole queue at once. Run it before anything reaches a client.

Approval workflows

The agent fills the queue and guards it; people keep the last word.

Pre-approval QA agent

Act as QA on everything in "To approve": check typos, broken links, missing hashtags, character limits and media requirements against each network's rules from the server. Do not change anything; give me a pass/fail list with reasons, fails first.

Client approval package

Take everything in "Waiting for client" for the [client] workspace and write the approval email I can send: posts ordered by publish date, each with day, network, final text and a preview link. Friendly, short intro, deadline for feedback this Thursday.

The most-hated agency chore (assembling the "please approve" email) becomes a byproduct of the calendar.

Conditional bulk approve

In workspace [X]: approve every post in "To approve" that passed your QA check with zero issues. Leave the rest untouched and list each with the reason it stayed. Never approve anything with a link you could not verify.

Friday pending ritual

Friday wrap-up: what got approved this week vs. what is still pending per client? For every client with pending posts, draft the polite nudge message including their list. I will send them myself.

Colleagues on a schedule

Paste these as scheduled task instructions, not chat messages. They run while you sleep.

Monday analyst SCHEDULED

Every Monday 7:00: read last week's analytics across all workspaces. Write a five-line digest to Slack #social: the winner, the loser, one anomaly worth investigating, current approval backlog, planned volume for this week. Numbers from the tools only.

Deadline guard SCHEDULED

Daily 17:00: find every post scheduled in the next 24 hours that is not yet Approved. If any exist, post the list to Slack #social with the workspace, time and status. If none, stay silent.

"If none, stay silent" is what separates a useful agent from a spam bot. Alerts only when reality demands it.

Idea processor SCHEDULED

Every hour: check for new unprocessed Ideas. For each, draft the post and a visual per the house rules below, file as Private draft, mark the Idea processed. Never publish, never touch existing drafts. House rules: [tone] [hashtag policy] [CTA rules] [forbidden topics].

Dead link patrol SCHEDULED

Every night 2:00: test every link in posts scheduled for the next 7 days across all workspaces. Report any that return errors or redirects to Slack #social with the post and workspace. Do not edit anything yourself.

Combos with your other connectors

One agent, many connectors. The calendar is where everything lands. See our full connector ranking.

Canva visual factory + CANVA

For every draft in this workspace missing a visual: autofill our "Quote card" Canva brand template with the post's hook line, export it, upload it to the post via URL, and note which template you used. Drafts stay drafts.

Support-driven content + INTERCOM

Read this week's support conversations in Intercom. Cluster the top three questions customers actually asked. Draft one educational post answering the number one question, in our voice, filed to "To approve" with a note linking three example conversations.

Audience research that already happened. The post answers a question you have proof people are asking.

Boost advisor + META ADS

Compare last month's organic post performance from ZoomSphere with our Meta Ads results for the same period. Which three organic posts beat the ads on engagement per impression? Draft a boost recommendation for each with a suggested budget split.

Company week in review + SLACK

Read our Slack #wins and #general from this week. Pick the three most human, shareable moments (no confidential info, no client names without approval). Draft a "week at the company" post from the best one, honest tone, file as Private draft.

Plan vs. calendar + NOTION

Read the content plan page in Notion for [client]. Compare it with what is actually scheduled in their workspace this month. List every planned item that has no matching post yet, and draft the missing ones as Private drafts in the agreed slots.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use these prompts in ChatGPT?

Yes. Every prompt works in any MCP client connected to the ZoomSphere MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor and others. Setup takes about five minutes on the ZoomSphere MCP page.

Will these prompts publish anything without me?

No. Every writing prompt in this library targets a draft or approval status, so a person always has the last word. The agent can only publish if you explicitly point it at a publishing action.

How do the scheduled prompts work?

Paste them as the instructions of a scheduled task in your AI client (for example Claude's scheduled tasks). The task runs on its schedule, reads your calendar through the MCP and reports to Slack or files drafts, following the rules you wrote once.

This library grows monthly with builds from our Discord community, Zoomers. Get the ZoomSphere MCP on the MCP for AI Agents page and share what you build.
