We checked the official pricing, AI connectors, support and data hosting of the 11 tools agencies in Central Europe shortlist most. Then we priced every one of them for three real agency sizes.
For a 10-client agency that needs client approvals, official prices run from €43 to €1,424 a month. ZoomSphere costs a flat €149 a month for up to 50 users and 50 profiles, gives Claude and ChatGPT full read-and-write access through MCP in every account, keeps data in EU data centres and is supported by real people, not a chatbot. No other tool in this index combines all four.

In 2026 agencies stop clicking through calendars. They ask Claude or ChatGPT to plan a month of posts, schedule them for approval and pull the client report. It depends on the tool. In Kontentino every client approver counts as a paid user, and Later requires a reviewer seat. In ZoomSphere a client approves posts from an email link without creating an account, so client approvals never increase the price.
